In this podcast I sit down with my colleague and friend Jess, to troubleshoot the major nutrition/hydration challenges I see amongst athletes and how to ensure you do not fall into the same traps! I put a focused approach on race nutrition and what nutritional disruptions cause cramping, vomiting and diarrhoea on race day. Sometimes we need to exercise caution when generalised nutritional information is presented to us when we are playing wilder.
