​Run Tasmania is a 4 day, 4 stage trail running race through the most spectacular landscapes of Tasmania. The area is mainly accessible by foot which means the breathtaking land you run along is largely untouched and beautifully wild.  

The focus of this training planner is to help you to find your feet, using Rapid Ascent’s Run Tasmania 4-day stage race as a goal and foundation for personal growth and wilder adventures. I cannot emphasise strongly enough that this training plan is a guide and best complimented by the knowledge outlined in The Trail Running Guidebook.​

Stage 1: 10km from Taroona Beach to Sandy Bay
Stage 2: 19km from The Springs to Waterworks Reserve
Stage 3: 23.5km from Fortescue Bay to the Tessellated Pavement
Stage 4: 15km from Cape Raoul Lodge to lookout and back
Stage 1: 15km from Kingston Beach to Sandy Bay.
Stage 2: 25.5km loop in the Kunanyi Alpine
Stage 3: 25km from Fortescue Bay to the Tessellated Pavement
Stage 4: 22km from from Cape Raoul Lodge to Shipstern Bluff and back
