“Believing that we need to be wild in our personal actions... so being wild is not just about being a hobo out in the mountains. It’s about making daily decisions and daily actions that inspire ourselves… then we need to be able to play wild. You need to be able to drop the training mentality, the ‘shoulds’ all the time. And find ways where you can play like a kid…even if it’s just going down to the park and playing on the swing set… I think you need to have these moments when you don’t take ourselves too seriously. I think it’s only when you’ve these two abilities… the ‘be wild’ and the ‘play wild’…can you really stretch yourself to ‘perform wild’. Because you are just going to be aiming for performance on someone that is so much more confident in their own skin… and happy to be honest. And I think then you can have your truest performance.”
